Subscriptions & billing
- Manage or cancel: go to Settings.
- Refunds: if you subscribed via Google Play or the App Store, refunds are handled by the store. If you subscribed on the web, email us and we'll help.
- Pro not showing: if you just upgraded, give it a moment and then reopen the app. If it still doesn't show, email us and we'll investigate.
Troubleshooting
- Can't sign in: try signing out and back in, then update the app to the latest version.
- Push notifications: check your device notification settings for Kova and ensure notifications are enabled.
- Photos won't upload: confirm camera permission is enabled for Kova in system settings.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your Kova account and associated data via the account deletion page.
