Kova Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Kova. Last updated 19 September 2026.
Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Kova, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Kova is available only to people aged 18 or over.
What Kova provides
Kova is an AI health coaching product that helps users track meals, weight, exercise, steps, water, goals, and progress. Kova may be available through our website, mobile apps, messaging services, and third-party assistants or connectors.
Health and AI limitations
Kova provides general health and wellness information. It is not a doctor, dietitian, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI responses and nutrition estimates can be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not use Kova for an emergency.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your account secure, and promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access.
Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of information and content you provide. You give Kova permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in our privacy policy.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, trial terms, and renewal details are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. App-store purchases are governed by the store's billing and refund rules.
Third-party services
Kova may connect with authentication, payment, analytics, messaging, wearable, app-store, or AI-assistant services. Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider's terms. You may disconnect authorized connectors.
Acceptable use
You must not use Kova unlawfully, harm another person, interfere with the service, bypass safeguards, upload malware, or use automated access except through an interface we authorize.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Kova reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Kova is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that AI output, estimates, plans, or connected-service data will always be accurate or suitable for your circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending your use
You may stop using Kova at any time. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically delete your account. See the account deletion page.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how Kova collects, uses, and shares information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Kova evolves. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice when required.
